i got brand new computer desktop 23 inch screen all in one it runs real real slow

hp desktop 24 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my new computer extremely slow i have hp care 3 yrs is it hard for me to get a new one it cost me 900.000 dollars very disappointed just want this one fixed or new one to replace this one

Sorry to hear you are having a problem out of the box (new PC).

 

Provide the product number so I can check your PC's specs. A brand new PC should not be very slow.

 

You should have a return window ("X" amount of days to exchange or return for a refund) from the place you bought the PC.
