i'm not able to use the microphone of my laptop. in the control panel it reads no audio device installed. please help. I can hear voices during a skype call but the person at the other end cannot hear my voice. so i need drivers for microphone !!

Hi:

 

That model series is not supported by HP for W7.

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the Vista audio driver for your model.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Hi,

Go back into the Sound Window in the Control Panel on the Recording Tab and right-click on an empty space and click 'Show Disabled Devices' or 'Show Hidden Devices'.

 If the Microphone apears, right-click it and click Enable, then select it and click Set as Default.
