i order the recovery and failed missing files

@goku139 I personally am a Vegeta fan, although Goku is admirable too, unless you are referring to some other goku outside the anime world!

That said, I'll need to know if you are referring to the recovery media you had ordered from HP or are you referring to OS recovery copies from the local store? If its about the HP Recovery media ordered from HP: Click here for steps > Under System recovery using HP supplied recovery media.
