Hi, I am sadek and I need some help for my Laptop.
Recently, i faced some issue with my laptop . I wasn't turn on my laptop for two days , when i was going to turn on my laptop then i found out that my newly batteey is completely drain and i got a message that my CMOS check is invalid. After a long time my laptop is turn ON and strating lagging when my laptop is plugged in but when I plugged off my charger my laptop is running smoothly.

1 - You have a new battery? Please check using a battery report to see if it is the proper HP battery
Please run the battery report and post the summery
you run the battery report by bringing up the administrator command windows "cmd" and running powercfg/batteryreport as shown below
After entering that explorer line you should see something like the following. You will have to click on it as it is long

You can use the WindowsKey + shift + S to copy and paste a small image.
2 - System runs slow when plugged in but runs fast on battery? This could be two problems. (A) Charging battery while playing a game or any intensive application can overheat the CPU and cause it to slow down. (B) check your power plan and makes sure that processor speed is %100 when plugged in
