Didn't I tell you? sorry
Don't worry about the date, but the version number!
So if you have the version you had tell me:
Mother board : 2AFB
BIOS: AMI 80.20
It seems that anyway it is already the last, I had given it above:
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AFB) | 80.20 Rev.A | 10.7 MB | Dec 19, 2014 |
sorry, i thought i was clear enough

Hello
do not worry about the year that is given, what matters is the version
that said, it is practically impossible to go back with the general public desktop computer and for some version it is specified
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B28) | A010 Rev.A |
NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B28) | A0.11 Rev.A |
NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B28) | A0.12 Rev.A |
NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.

Hi Promethée.
In fact,I explained my self poorly.
I would like to know if I can update the bios by taking one of these 2 Family Roms (see below).
So,in fact newer than the one installed on my 2014 pc.
1) hp consumer Desktop pc bios update :Rom Family SSID 2B28 A015 Rev A (8,0MB) from Nov 28 2018.
2) or, hp consumer Desktop pc bios update : Rom Family SSID 2B29 A018 Rev A (6,7MB) from Nov 28 2018.
Thank you for all.
I hope you a good night.

Indeed I did not understand because it was written "restore"
and you gave the same ssid
So you have to check, because you have given the series of the computer not the model, and there are three motherboards with different ssid therefore!
SSID: 2B05
SSID: 2AE4
SSID: 2AFB
Indeed I did not understand because it was written "restore"
and you gave the same ssid
It is therefore necessary to check, because you have given the series of the computer not the model, and there are three motherboards indicated with different ssid thus!
And the download page for windows 8 is more complete
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AFB) | 80.20 Rev.A | 10.7 MB | Dec 19, 2014 | Download |
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AFE) | 80.18 Rev.A | 2.7 MB | Apr 19, 2017 | Download |
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B18) | 80.13 Rev.A | 5.3 MB | Apr 24, 2017 | Download |
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B28) | A0.15 Rev.A | 8.0 MB | Nov 28, 2018 | Download |
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B29) | A0.18 Rev.A | 6.7 MB | Nov 28, 2018 | Download |
We therefore need to have the ssid of your motherboard
So give the exact model, product number
HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
and check this:
Thank you for the little note, sorry, for the wait, as you can understand, I have other occupations Have a nice day

HelloPromethée.
First,of all thanks for your help.
I want to clarify that this a pc bought in 2014,including :pc+screen+mouse, the réf being :110-320nfm
Having never found this réf at HP.
Concluded that it is(after research) the tower 110-300,all characteristics match.
Here is the various information you ask:
Mother board : 2AFB 1.02
SSID/ 2B28
Compaq name: NUTMEG-P
BIOS: AMI 80.20 from 10/31/2014
SMBIOS: 8.7
CPU: INTEL PENTIUM G2100T
Product: N° G9C 02E A# ABF
Serialnumber: CZC 4321 VMG
Mode: 110-320nfm
I hope I have given you all the useful information to be able to do a recent bios update.
Cordially

Yes, then this is an offer that is not always easily found.
Unless I'm mistaken, it is the 110-320nf model, the M indicates the bundle with screen.
Unfortunately at the time of writing I couldn't find the single model's product page, it happens a lot so it doesn't help!
But from what I understand, you have found the motherboard reference ?
So you understand, which update you need?
[edit]
I have some doubt, you seem to give me two different references, how do you find that?
because look well, for this it would correspond well with the version of the bios:
Mother board : 2AFB BIOS: AMI 80.20
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AFB) | 80.20 Rev.A |
but the given SSID would be for another model, I do not understand there anymore!
SSID/ 2B28
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B28) | A0.15 Rev.A |
if you already had this i understand your confusion
[edit 2]
do not touch anything until we clear it up
i just found from given name this motherboard name and SSID match other bios version ..
not clear all that!
- Manufacturer's name: Foxconn
- HP/Compaq name: Nutmeg-P
- SSID: 2B28
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04383000
[edit 3]
has a replacement been made?
I searched in google, and I came across some hints, the processor is different from what it says:
CPU: INTEL PENTIUM G2100T
Processeur Intel Pentium G2030T à 2,6 GHz
I then had the idea, to search on HP part
and there it gives me a single motherboard:

Motherboard - Tenby-U, H61, win8, UMA only
RoHS: COMPLY_2.08

Sorry, without more information I can not do anything
All the information I have is contradictory.
It seems that the motherboard is not original, from what I find, is it?
How do you find the information you give me with what exactly?
It is impossible for me to confirm a version of bios to download, without knowing what the model of the motherboard is, and why everything I have here does not match!
But after all I have at the moment, I advise against updating the bios
