Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was on my gaming pc yesterday and it was running fine then today it decided to no work. It has no display nor power to my USBs but the pc is on and also the fans are spinning. This happened before I just went into the bios and fixed it but now I can enter the bios because I can’t hook up my keyboard. Also last time I was able to see my mouse move around but now there is a message on my monitor saying “ no display port active and same with HDMI” Plz help me fix it. I also think it is a motherboard issue.

I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
