There is no "per-word" charges for posting, so please supply much more details.

Model-number?

Did the download guide you to writing the Windows 11 Installer to a USB memory-stick, or to burn one (or two) DVD-R disks?

Are you telling your laptop to boot from the USB (or DVD-reader), not from the "C:" disk-drive?

Any error-messages?

Anything else that you think is not usual?
