Product: hp envy700 pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Trying to log in to my desktop PC keeps telling me I am entering the wrong password or pen I hit forgot password it takes me through Microsoft and then tells me I need to go on to account live.com I go there different device and it tells me that there is no account by that name

Sorry, but we can't help you with this, as this is an MS account issue and we have no way to work that issue.

 

You would have to contact Microsoft directly to get your MSN account issue reset.
