Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

hi, i recently found my old HP Pavilion Notebook 15-r001ne and can't remember my password. I went to the website but couldn't remember much, if not all of the information. Is there any way i can make a new account as i can't see anything on the login screen?

Basically -- no.  You have to be able to login to an existing account that has Admin rights in order to create a new account.

 

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
