HP Recommended

HP all in one 24-dd0210.I purchased it from a pawn shop. I don't have the windows password. Is there any way to be able to use this computer reset the pass word ? delete it anything .so I can use this computer?

You can use the HP Cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the storage drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Please make sure you have a 32GB USB drive available to complete this process.

 

You can download the utility from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the software on another PC, you will need to enter your AIO's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media:

 

The 24-dd0210's product number is 1K0H4AA#ABA
