i purchase m2 ssd brand hikvision e100n want insert my pc , after install done i open bios settings not show the boot order list . what the brand m2 ssd compatibility can working ?

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your PC.

 

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-slimline-290-p0040d

 

Click on the View More link under the SSD section to see the compatible M.2 SATA drives offered.

 

If you installed a NMVe drive, that is why the PC doesn't 'see' it.

 

Also...go into the BIOS in the security section, device/slot security, and make sure the M.2 slot is enabled.

 

On some models, the M.2 slot is disabled by default.
