The PC is under warranty. The battery did not charge above 85%. Tested with the assistance service and verified that the battery needed to be changed. I followed the instructions and shipped the computer with UPS, having first sent photos of the PC to EMEA which show that it is in excellent condition. The PC is sent to Hungary and after 9 days I am written that there is accidental damage not covered by warranty and that to replace the LCD I have to pay 400 euros (writes [content edited]). This is absurd; the photos show that the PC was running and your assistants Sandra and Tea entered the PC. The attempted scam is clear. I invite you to act in your client's best interests by reviewing the case and highlighting the error. The battery must be changed and the PC must return to how it was, working. The photos sent by those who responded show only a black screen. I hope HP cares about their name.

While I understand your concerns, we here are only a self-help community peer-to-peer forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP. We have no way to act on your warranty issues.
For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
