This message may be in the wrong place as I could not find "repairs under warranty. I got a 2yrs old Pavilion laptop still under warranty. It eas getting hot. On the net I made a report and got case number and call back. They didn't call back i so I contacted through WhatsApp. After a long time an adviser turned up and led me - do this, do that etc to check bios et.c To cut the story short the screen ended up with bit locker. He said contact Microsoft. With a dead laptop how do i contact microsoft. . It was working even if it is hot before. But now he left me with a dead laptop. This is terrible.
