HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b190na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, this has been going on for a while, but its now the point of it being annoying and something that happens in the bios, task manager as well.

I will try and get a video of it but it looks like a graphic flicker on the bottom half of the screen, all drivers and windows is updated all the time so I cannot see it being anything else other than hardware problem, unless an expert can tell me otherwise, any help would be appreciated going forward with this as my warranty has run out. kind regards. screenshot.jpg

I see hdmi out , if you can connect a second monitor, but the latter does not have this problem, it must come from an element of the panel, something quite close
