seriell PCI-Multiportcontroller driver not found

I need to use a seriell pci controller, but i can't install it from my device manager.
With driver do i need to download and install.
It's a HP Z4 G5 Workstation Desktop PC with Win10

I have zipped up and attached the driver you need, below:

Download, unzip and run the setup application.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
