Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this hp desktop all in one, is i7 10gen but is very slow. Anybody with the same issue. From day one has been very slow

@unmillon -- while Windows is running, use CTRL-ALT-DELETE to show a menu. Select "Start Task Manager" from the menu. When that window opens, click on the "Performance" tab. Like the dashboard in your automobile, you'll get real-time measurements for "CPU busy percentage" and "percentage of RAM being used" and "network activity" level and "percentage busy for your disk-drive".
