There is a problem with the graphics driver or a corruption of the OS. Since you can boot into the OS try the SFC fix and if that give a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM one. Click here for help
The graphics driver is either Intel, AMD or NVidia
Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.

the MX110 driver has not been updated since 2016. You probably have the correct driver already.

The drivers from the HP support page are what you need but I need the product ID or model of your laptop
Did you run SFC /scannow ?
