HI Expert,

 

HP ProDesk 400 G5 Desktop Mini PC is new bought. It will dead for a few hours and suddenly stop working. power led is liting only. Keyboard, mouse, will no longer work. I have to long press the power button to force power down and power on again.

During the working hours. all going well.

 

perform the extensive test. It might dead before end of testing. But the all checked items passed testing.

If it dead after end of testing.  The testing  will be passed. and no any error.

 

local support insist hardware no problem. Insist problem due to system. 

 

can give help for this case?

It is tough to determine exactly what is happening.

 

It appears you have run HP Diagnostics. The tests pass but you have a problem.

 

It sounds like you contacted HP Support. HP Support indicates you don't have a hardware problem.

 

Is this correct?

 

You have to contact HP Support again.

 

This forum can't help using the information you are providing.
