When I moving the tower computer, often switch off. Sometimes it switch off without moving.
Disconnecting the power supply and reconnecting it, sometimes works but this is not the way to work.
When I connect the power to the computer, the power supply seems to work as the fan works.

As we have no access to your PC, we have to guess ...
And if it only switched off when you moved the tower, my guess would be that the power plug connection was loose and when you moved the tower, that moved the cord and it disconnected.
But if it does that even when not being moved, that implies some internal fault -- like a loose connection inside the case. And we can do nothing for you about that.
If this is fairly new, you have the option of having it checked out by an HP Service Center -- but you would have to take it to them or ship it at your expense and it could be WEEKS before you got it back.
Your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
