Hi,

I have a Win10 recovery USB from HP, Im looking to remove current SSD drive and replace it with a new internal SSD drive; how do I move my current OS and all my software to the newly installed drive?

You have 3 options

(a) Clone existing HDD to new SSD, this will save you a lot of time, you will get same environment only faster

            https://au.pcmag.com/how-to/57940/how-to-copy-your-windows-installation-to-an-ssd

(b) Perform a fresh install Windows 10 using

           https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

to create a boot able media to install Windows 10.

(c) Using your USB, I don't know it is going to work or not, how long do you have it ?

Note: Whichever way, machine will use existing Windows 10 product key in BIOS to activate automatically for you.

Regards.
