unable to turn on speakers.

HP Recommended
P6000
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have windows 7. When using ZOOM, I am not able to unmute my system.  What do I need to do>

@Gloria181 If this is your product: HP Pavilion p6000 Desktop PC, you may want to check the speaker connected to the device, ensure the cables are intact, and also, let us know if the device is showing any error messages when you attempt to unmute? please elaborate if the issue is limited to using the Zoom app or happens on other apps as well.
