I am preparing to reinstall Windows 10 Pro.  When I bought the machine, it came with Office 2013.  Will reinstalling Windows 10 also keep/reinstall Office 2013?  Will reinstalling cause me to lose all of my email and require me to reconnect with my email provider?

This is not a normal procedure to do so I am challenged by the whole situation.

Plan on losing everything on the computer.

You should certainly back up all your personal data that is located on the computer.

Make sure you back up your personal data to OTHER than the C disk on your computer, of course.

You will likely want to make backups of your license keys, copies of your installation packages for your software (games, for example, and other specialty software you have purchased or downloaded).  Some of these installation packages will likely be in your Downloads folder - make sure that folder is in your backups.

Office 2013

I keep seeing messages in my much newer version of Word that "Support for Office 2013 is about to end".

That doesn't mean Office 2013 will stop working but it likely means you must have your license key if you expect to continue using the product.  Best copy that key and mail it to yourself, I think.  No,  I do not know where you will be able to "get" Office 2013 if Windows stops providing it.

Ask Microsoft for help with Office software.

Email

In general, your email that is stored with your email provider is still going to be at your email provider.

That said,

IF you ever downloaded email messages and stored these on your computer, then the folder in which you are keeping the files should be backed up along with your other folders and files that you want to keep.

For example, the Mozilla Thunderbird email client can be set to download your email and then delete the mail from the mail server (provider).  IF you do that, then the mail is only stored where ever you saved it.

Ask your email provider for help with your email - most providers have a help line or forum.
