My HP desktop - 80UNEE1 is not retaining my settings - it indicates that I am signed in with a temporary file - how do I change this????  I am a computer dummy.  I have been told that it means that my hard drive is dying.  The computer is 1 year and 1.5 months old.  HELP ME!

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Could you attach a picture of this screen your at?

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here
