Windows Update errors are VERY difficult to fix -- and there is nothing we can do for you from here.
I have linked the Microsoft support page about this error -- but you have to do the actions yourself and we can not assist you with them:
If this looks too difficult, as I understand it is likely to be, then you need to take your PC to a local PC repair shop to have them follow these instructions.
