Recent change of user name due to problem logging in with original user name

Open the Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to the folder named: C:\Users

In this folder, there will be one folder for each ID on your Windows system.

Open the folder for the "old" account, and let Windows change "permissions" to allow you to access its contents.
