Product: AMD All In One HP

This AMD All In One HP computer the worst I have ever owned. The screen blacks out often,  I cannot sign in half the time, meaning it gets stuck on the screen photo and none of the keys work. I want to take it back to Costco but do not know how

to get all of my information off the computer hard drive. Any suggestions. [edit]

In other to assist you, it is important that you list the exact model number, NOT the product number.

If you can not get to Reset your Computer program.

Then I can tell you what is inside, how to remove it, and erase the data folders.
