@JillS1

Sorry -- I'm confused by how this is happening.

Some Android phones offer the ability to install the Microsoft UI, and if you do that, when you are running Win10, it shares stuff between the OS and the phone.  But I've only heard that happening when you are running the Microsoft UI, and while I tried that, I quickly uninstalled it because it corrupted my Samsung phone.

All I can suggest at this point is to disconnect the Android phone, and it you have it paired through bluetooth, unpair it -- both of these are to prevent Windows from taking to it.  And then, try reinstalling an app to see what happens.

Are these Windows store apps?

Is your PC running Win10 S?
