I am the administrator for my HP All in one. I need to uninstall a program I installed by mistake, but it tells me I'm NOT the administrator. The directions for making myself the administrator don't work because I'm ALREADY THE ADMINISTRATOR! It's been so frustrating. Other directions are difficult and warn about causing irreparable harm to the computer. Can anyone help?
