All-in-One 24-f0054
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,
I have recently purchased an All-in-One system for use in my office when at home, but i can't seem to find the correct product listing in the HP Image assistant tool in order to update the device?

When running the HPIA, it returns the following error: "HP Image Assistant does not support Windows 10 version 2004 for this platform..."

My product number is 9HK77EA#ABU and I am running version 2004 of Windows 10 and when I search for 'All-in-One' systems there are several that show up. What is the correct product listing for this device that i should be using?

I was previously using HP Softpaq downloader but i believe this is now no longer supporting new devices nor being updated.

Other than using the HP Support Assistant to detect required/advisory updates, is there any other way to update this device?
