Bonjour, l'appli "Votre téléphone", ne fonctionne pas. Lorsque j'essaie de l'ouvrir, le programme me demande de mettre à jour.

l'appli. Dans le store  est indiqué que je possède déja l'appli. impossible de mettre à jour et je revient à l'écran de départ du programme qui me demande de mettre à jour. 

merci pour vos réponses.

Have you tried to fix the app?
Right click on the app, more, then application settings
in the window under reset click on repair

I opened the application to check, at home it opens, but I will not go any further because it is asked to connect with a Microsoft account!

As tu essayé de réparer l' appli ?

Clique droit sur l' appli , plus, puis paramètres des applications 

dans la fenêtre  sous réinitialiser cliquer sur réparer

 

J' ai ouvert l' application afin de vérifier, chez moi elle s' ouvre, mais je ne vais pas plus loin car il est demandé de se connecter avec un compte Microsoft !
