How do I stop updates to the system. Evidently an update was made to the HP Smart app and it is running about 50% slower and the options have changed and I no longer like it at all. Tired of every time I turn on the system something else is modified. How do I get my system left alone so I can work? Also, why is there no e-Mail contact information for support? I have all HP in my business. Printers, desk top, laptops, etc. I am beginning to think that after many, many years (about 30) with HP it is time to move the business to Apple.

HP Support - Technical Support for Devices in Warranty
Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices are still in Warranty.
For the rest of us, this is not an option.
HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.
Our Community is not HP Support; we do offer help free of charge.
