Hi Team

I am using windows version 23H2. I have been trying to get the fingerprint scanner to work. But not showing anything. When checked in Device Manager. It does not have Biometric Icon.

When I tried to fix the problem via Biometric Devices, they were not present in the control panel OR device manager. Help?
