My hard drive died. I replaced the hard drive and I need to reinstall the bundled software. I do not have the installation disks. Can I download the software from HP or another website?

It really depends on what you consider "the bundled software".  The results may vary  widely, depending on the model number and age of the PC.  Assuming you already have reinstalled Windows 10, you can go to the Support Page to find what is available for the model in question and out these choices decide on what to download and reinstall.

If you need Windows 10 media, see here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and follow the directions.
