i'm using an on screen keyboard to type this.

recently my keyboard on my windows 10 laptop with the windows 11 update plugged in on it has been acting up. the left side of my keyboard hasn't been working for the past five days. CAPS,TAB,`,Shift,z,q, and my 1 key just randomly stopped working while i was on my laptop and i never spilled anything on or near those keys. most rare times, they start working for like 10-20 seconds, but my shift key types Z instead when things function then does the same thing all over again and i haven't gotten this computer not to long ago.. i looked for many tutortials and followed

some ideas people posted in this community but no luck whatsoever.

 

i really hope this doesn't mean i have to buy another laptop. please help
