Can I reinstall the following apps from publishers hp, etc. after a windows 10 reset was performed?

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently performed a windows system reset because I couldn't access a huge number of applications including the command prompt, regedit, etc. The reset uninstalled all applications on my laptop. I wanted to know if I can reinstall the following apps for free from the web:

Please let me know which of these cannot be reinstalled this way and how I can reinstall them in that case.

When you say comes from HP or comes from Windows, what do you mean exactly? Sorry if that is a silly question.

(a) Come from Windows: after reinstall Windows, you have to run Windows updates and Windows will automatically install missing apps/services for you.

(b) Come from HP: You have to (1) Use HPSA to run update or (2) Go to HP site for your machine to download missing software.

You probably have to pay for other software mentioned on my previuos reply.

Regards.
