HP ENVY - 13-aq0502sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought a hp tilt pen model number 2MY21AA#ABL for use with my laptop HP ENVY - 13-aq0502sa. The pen will connect with the laptop and I can use the top button where the snip and sketch function appears but I cannot draw on the screen. Is there a certain driver that I need to install or will the pen not work with my laptop? If the pen I have bought won't work, is there another pen I can buy that will?

You'll need a driver for the Tilt Pen.

 

The following driver is rated for Windows 2004 (May 2004 Update) and the Elan device as shown.
