Can't always open HP Support Assistant

I can't always open HP Support Assistant.  It stays in the opening HP window.

  • When was the last time the HP support assistant was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you to uninstall HP support assistant and restart the computer. Then download and install HP support assistant from the below link and check.
