Cann"t view pictures. Geta a message saying "The app didn't start"

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a HP Pavilion 590-p0xx from JB Hi Fi with a windows 10 home 64 bit OS pre installed by HP. I cannot open my pictures and get the following message "The app didn't start". I also cannot open other apps as well, such as the Microsoft store app, the Feedback Hub, videos and more. I have followed all the steps to rectify this problem from forums and google search with no result. Can anyone help with a solution that actually works.

Not really.


I would try the right click option on the app and see if it wants/needs Administrator level.


But if Google can't solve it, I got no chance.
