Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cant locate my quickbooks program on my new computer.  It was on my desktop on my old and the computer guy that moved it all over to the new says its on here but I may have to go to a secondary folder to find it.  How do I get to the secondary folder.  Computer tech wants me to bring the tower back in to show me but I hate to unhook all this if I don't have to.  Thank you in advance for any advice.

It is  a software, I don't know how the guy moved it to new machine. Please try

 

(a) Hold down Windows key and press letter S,

(b) Type "quickbooks" and press Enter.
