Computer won't wake up from sleep/hibernate

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP Pavillion All In One Touch Screen desktop running on i3 but i seem to be having the same repetitive issue where it will go into sleep/hibernation but the screen will not turn back on. i have been through this document https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03383935, everything is ticked that needs to be and software is always up to date. since this i have set my computer to never sleep or hibernate but that doesn't solve the original issue in the long run

@sehun94,

you mention sleep/hibernate.   Those are settings concerning operations.  What about the basic setting for "Turn off display:.  What is that set for?  So that you understand concepts, I will refer you back to a WIN 7 article.  There is a several minute lag when using hibernate.
