Configure keyboard to use F1/F12 keys instead of multimedia action keys

HP Recommended
HP-PC Pavilion 24-xa0032nl All-in-One, Intel Core i5-9400T, RAM 8 GB, SSD 512 GB,
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to configure keyboard to use F1/F12 keys instead of multimedia action keys; I made all the attempts I found in a similar post (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Configure-keyboard-to-use-F1-F12...) but the user - at the end - was helped in private then I do not know how to proceed.

Can anybody help me? Thank you!

P.S. I am writing from Italy because the HP italian website is not helpful.

Hello
usually the only solution is to use special software

just for example :

https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-remap-your-keyboard

But sometimes you have to get another keyboard!
