Desktop PC Series Fan Running

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 500 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My fan has started to run on a continual basis. I have been on the web and read the information to clean out the fans. I have purchased 3 cans of air and blown out the dust in both fans. However, the problem still persists.

I also read that this issue may be due to Windows 10. I had been running Windows XP and somehow Windows 10 has downloaded itself.

How can I go back to Windows XP if the Windows 10 is the problem.

Please help me, as I am about to take my PC to a service center and that is $99 up front.

I am going to challenge you to state the exact model number or product # of this computer.

The HP 500 series are WIN 10 machines.

Win 10 will only "que" with a WIN 7/8/8.1 machine.

An XP machine would require a full format and install of WIn 7 or Win 8/8.1

So I am perplexed at your statement(s).
