Hey. I have windows 10 that opened completely fine apps that I download from google chrome such as whatsapp and moviestarplanet, for example. However, suddenly this week they don't open and when I try the "diagnostic" it says that the apps are not compatible with this windows program and need windows 8. What can I do to get my apps opening again?ongelma.PNG

Windows users
The new WhatsApp desktop app for Windows is supported on Windows 10.0.18362.0 or higher.
If the version you are using is older, you'll need to update your operating system and then download WhatsApp for Windows. Alternatively, you can use WhatsApp Web in your browser.

How to update WhatsApp
