My windows license is going to expire how to change the product key

Curious that you are getting that message, unless you installed Windows 10 and did not enter a key to begin activation.  Please explain events that caused this or how this came to be.  Adding a new key is well documented for Windows users and is not a HP matter.  HP offers automatic activation on factory installed OS's.

BTW - desktop-S3RV3MH does not seem, to be a valid HP model number
