Product: Pavillion3.4 Ghhz intel
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed Hallmark 2020 Deluxe Card Making software. Have done it or years with no issues. This time when i access the software icon on desktop I get the following error message. SysinfoEx.exe-Application error... also get another error that follows:  HSE.exe application error - The application was unable to start correctly(0xc0000135)
