Product: HP ENVY TouchSmart 23se-d494
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My daughter's computer constantly has a pop up window that tells her to put in her 4 digit passcode even when she's already logged in and on the web or other program.  is there a way to disable this entirely as she's getting rather frustrated constantly typing it in over and over again.  Thank you!

Initial access is either by password or PIN.  I have never seen an issue where there is a "pop up window" requesting to re-enter same.  Can you get a screen shot of this unique problem.

This is the pin screen that keeps popping up - just want to disable it if possible. Litera.ly popped up 5 tines when I was on that page whenever I tried to type or use the mouse

What browser are you using.  I ask because there are Secuirty settings in Internet Explorer.  Mine is set to Medium-High, protected mode, and in the custom Level settings , the last item is User Authenication,Logon. Mine is set to automatic logon intranet Zone.

Check the anti-virus settings.  Is this Disney site an account she has?

Reset the secuity settings as I suggested for IE.

AOL is very antiquated.  Have you tried Firefox browser?
