We do not work for or represent HP so no one can answer why your PC came with W11 23H2 and not W11 24H2.


Probably because the OS image was installed prior to September of 2024.

 

You can try doing an in-place upgrade from W11 23H2 to W11 24H2 by clicking on the blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button at the link below:
