HP 3 year Warranty Plan

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have paid  $235.16 to expand my warranty for 3 more years but I do not seem to have gone through.

The best verification method would be to call your credit card company. Most have a menu option to state recent purchases.

 

As we are mostly volunteers, and have no acess to HP internals,  we are unable to assist.

The payment went through but my laptop still shows that I need to update my warranty, that the warranty that I paind for didn't go through.
