HP outsources the manufacturing of a lot of its stuff -- so I don't know if they actually make the power supplies. But if they do, the schematic would be considered proprietary information and they would not release it. In the same way, if they outsource it, the manufacturer would probably consider the same.
You would probably do best searching for this on the Web as someone else might have access to this information.
