How do I find help with HP Monitors. This web site seems to only support computers and printers. There is no board that's even close!

@Lee620

You're correct that there is no MONITOR section -- but there is a Video section under both the Notebook section and the Desktop section.

So what kind of PC are you connecting this to? And what is the issue?

Respectfully, my PC model/brand is not creating the issue.

Here's the issue:  My HP monitor has 3 available video inputs; 1 VGA and 2 HDMI.  I can understand that the first HDMI input simply gives me an alternate to the VGA. Does my PC produce a VGA signal?  Use the VGA port.  If my PC produces an HDMI signal, I can use the HDMI port.

Now, let's think about that second HDMI port.  It seems its use would be to support an additional/optional  HDMI signal. Perhaps from a second PC.  Now, if I have 2 PCs, maybe one for work and one for personal use, I could plug them both in, and "tell" the monitor which input signal I want to be using.

So, that's all I want to do. Choose HDMI Input #1, or sometimes choose HDMI Input #2,  I'd think the source of the input (the PC Model or brand) is immaterial. But it wouldn't b e the first time I was wrong this week, or probably even today.
